Now, almost 20 years after that hopeful commitment, we still share that same optimistic attitude and respect for one product: Traditional Desalted Cod, which now occupies the place it deserves in our gastronomic culture. And, in our own modest way, we have made our contribution.

Today we also offer our cod to meet each restaurateur’s particular needs.
