Description
Carefully selected pieces from the thickest central part of the Morro Extra. Pieces of about 800/1.200 gr. Boneless and desalted.
Use
Leave to thaw in the refrigerator, inside the bag. Cut into pieces and place in cold water until the desired salt concentration is reached. Dry, and it’s ready for use.
Preservation
At -18ºC. Frozen product (unglazed).
Packing
Boxes of 5 kg.(approximately). Each piece is individually vacuum-packed.
